Jacque's AI Portfolio
This portfolio summarizes the practical AI skills I developed and demonstrates how I applied generative AI to real business, research, technical, and creative workflows.
Welcome
Developed as part of the Master’s curriculum in AI Strategy (CIDM 6096) at West Texas A&M University.
Throughout the semester, I explored the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI and how it can reshape modern business processes. Through hands-on, use-case-driven work, I developed competencies in:
Orchestrating conversational and instructional AI for user support.
Engineering strategic prompts and developing specialized Custom GPTs.
Accelerating knowledge work, technical translation, and IT troubleshooting.
Synthesizing creative multimedia assets in art and audio.
Architecting automated workflows and autonomous agent systems.
Optimizing operational processes using Lean.
Navigating the ethical and organizational challenges of enterprise AI adoption.
Together, these competencies demonstrate my ability to design, implement, and evaluate GenAI solutions in real business environments.
What You Will Find in This Portfolio
This portfolio is organized into five sections that align with the CIDM 6096 course objectives and demonstrate practical applications of AI across business, healthcare, IT, and creative work.
1. Prompt Library
A curated collection of my strongest prompts, including master prompts, reusable templates, scenario-based prompts, and examples of prompt evolution. These prompts were designed for clarity, consistency, and teachability.
2. AI Use Cases
Applied assignments demonstrating how AI can support business operations, research workflows, IT troubleshooting, translation, analysis, and real-world problem-solving.
3. Video Library
Short instructional AI demos were created throughout the course. Each video explains a practical skill, workflow, or business application and includes examples of how AI improves productivity and communication.
4. Non-AI Improvements
Lean improvement exercises completed using the 2-Second Lean framework. These projects document foundational process improvements independent of AI tools.
5. Reflection
A final synthesis of what I learned about AI, how my approach evolved, and how I plan to use generative AI responsibly and strategically in future roles.
Purpose of This Portfolio
This portfolio is designed as both a demonstration of my work and a resource for others exploring AI integration. It demonstrates how Generative AI can be applied to real-world business challenges to improve speed, accuracy, and strategic depth.
This explicitly aligns with Course Objective #5, which emphasizes "creating resources to help others adopt generative AI."
Thank You
Thank you for reviewing my work. This portfolio reflects both my completed assignments and the ways AI strengthened my ability to analyze problems, communicate clearly, and create value in business environments.
